Five-year old Delhi-based dispute resolution boutique PSP Legal has branched out into corporate practice and opened an office in Gurgaon this week, having added former Clifford Chance Business Services senior manager Rajul Shrivastava as associate partner to head the new office and practice.

A Delhi university 2007 alumnus, Shrivastava began his career at the legal process outsourcing company Pangea3 in 2007, and was at Clifford Chance Business Services for 10 years until June 2017, with a stint from May to December 2015 at Clifford Chance London in its capital markets team.

PSP, which primarily focuses on real estate and consumer disputes, was started up in 2013 by IP University 2010 alumni Aditya Parolia and Piyush Singh. The firm also expanded to banking and debt recovery disputes since last year having added Dhir & Dhir Associates associate Vaibhav Tyagi as a senior associate to head these disputes.

With Shrivastava, the firm has now grown to 18 lawyers including the two co-founding partners and one associate partner.
