Siddharth Raja, Aditya Narayan and Megha Malhotra Narayan, partners who left Argus Partners earlier this week, have started up their Bangalore-based firm Saakshya Law.

Argus Partners Bangalore senior partner Siddharth Raja and husband-and-wife partner duo Aditya Narayan, Megha Narayan will be setting up their own law firm.

Siddharth Raja, who was a co-founder of Narasappa, Doraswamy & Raja that later became Samvad Partners, will join Argus Partners in Bangalore as a senior partner and national executive director, with a remit to also oversee the firm’s Chennai practice.
