Argus’ Sid Raja, Narayans start Bangalore firm Saakshya, ‘de-emphasising’ growth for own sake

Siddharth Raja, Aditya Narayan and Megha Malhotra Narayan, partners who left Argus Partners earlier this week, have started up their Bangalore-based firm Saakshya Law.

Raja specialises in corporate, commercial, M&A and private equity / VC work, Aditya Narayan specialises in disputes and real estate, and Megha Malhotra Narayan in indirect tax.

The firm’s name is a transliteration from Sanskrit, “variously meaning evidence or showing”, or “making things evident or clear”, according to the firm.

They intend to “provide excellent services focused on depth of engagement and work-product, while de-emphasising growth for its own sake”.

Saakshya Law has set up an office in Bangalore’s Sadashivnagar area with a total of 3 partners and 13 fee-earners.
