Institute of National Importance (INI)

NUJS Kolkata students staged a campus demonstration yesterday (26 November) to lend voice to national law university (NLU) students’ common demand that NLUs should be given Institute of National Importance (INI) status.

A DSNLU Vizag student has drafted a bill to provide for Institute of National Importance (INI) status to national law universities (NLUs), to bring the NLUs under central funding and supervision.
