Mumbai-based Credit Suisse director and India head of legal, Sapna Bhawnani, is set to join KKR in the new year as its second in-house lawyer in India.

Deutsche Bank India senior legal counsel Sapna Bhawnani will join Credit Suisse in Mumbai as its joint director and co-head of legal India in the coming months.
