The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2015 office, which was closed by the convenor on 6 July, will have to reopen to refer yet another 15 erroneous CLAT 2015 questions to an expert committee, following the Rajasthan high court’s latest order.
Rajasthan HC justice NK Sharma disposed of CLAT 2015 candidate Rashi Mangal’s petition in terms of the Bombay HC order of 2 July in which the court had ordered CLAT 2015 convenor RMLNLU Lucknow to form an expert panel within three days which will report on erroneous questions in CLAT 2015 within the next five days, following which in the next four days the merit list will be revised if the experts indeed report back with errors.
However, there was no notification on the CLAT’s website about such an expert committee being formed and before the period of eight days from the Bombay high court judgment could lapse, RMLNLU declared the CLAT admission process on its website as over for this year, and also announced that the office has already been shut down for the year.
Disposing of Mangal’s petition justice Sharma observed in the order:
“I am of the considered view that as the matter with regard to errors in the CLAT-213 has been finally adjudicated on 2.7.2015 by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, referred to above and the matter referred to an Expert Committee, it would be appropriate as submitted by the counsel for the respondent No.2 Convener (CLAT-2015) that the petitioners also forthwith file their representation/s before the respondent No.2- Convener on the issue of their aggrievement with the said examination. The Convener is thereon directed to make reference of the representation/s to the Expert Committee appointed by the Bombay High Court in the light of its Judgment dated 2.7.2015.
The petitions stand disposed of accordingly.”

No - there is no space in either hostels, classes or the various dining halls for newer people. The process is over and the High Courts are just playing with you kids with this 'sending to expert panels'. If they had intended to do something they could take a look at the questions themselves.
