That's the last update we have on HNLU's search for a new VC.
BIMPA has made arrangements to work as Head of Department of one law school in Maritime University. He got demoted.
He was planning to operate from GNLU, but General Council has asked to leave and take Maritime University out of GNLU.
poor BIMPA......
He will tech now without LLB degree.
FYI, the campus is in GNLU itself so BimPa isn't going anywhere.

You got your PhD in 2012 so you can only have experience consider for 6 years only.
GNLU Director doesn't has qualifications when you got appointed, now every post has qualifications required.
First and foremost is full time PhD as per UGC.
Your both PhD are part time.
Without any course work.
For WBNUJS Kolkata, their EC is meeting again on May 11, 2019. The shortlisted names will be considered and hopefully the final decision will be announced on the same day.
In all probability, the new appointees will join from mid-June or July.
Shobhalatha if she isn't going to retire soon will definitely have a favourable tenure till she does.
