DSK Legal has hired
The 2008 Delhi University graduate had begun her career at Trilegal, with a short stint at Allen & Overy - then Trilegal’s international best friend - in 2012.
Tiwari commented that she looked “forward to contribute to the success of all of its endeavours”.
She has particularly focused on projects work, in the areas of renewables (wind and solar, conventional) including risk assessment, pre-litigation strategy, regulatory advisory, transaction structuring, and drafting projects related contracts/documents, according to DSK, which added:
In the recent past she has also worked in the insolvency and restructuring advisory space. She also has significant experience with respect to battery storage, mini grids, e-mobility, and urban infrastructure, such as solid waste management, public street lighting and healthcare.
Partners only rarely leave Trilegal, which operates an all-equity quasi-lockstep, however, Trilegal’s counsel rung has been an attractive poaching target for firms for a number of years now.
We have reached out to Trilegal for comment.
Update 16:46: Trilegal co-founding partner Karan Singh said he wished Tiwari well.

I always thought she'll make partner at Trilegal and a wonderful one at that.
Best wishes Anuja.
They only seem to be spamming our LinkedIn inboxes for work, and sending us mails for meetings. Do they actually do any law, or are they just bill-pushers who keep saying "I'll get back to you" and make their juniors do all the work?
DSK Delhi is anyways too lean to show substance.
From Dsk perspective, it is just one more hand to execute work.
It would have been better for her to continue with trilegal. Trilegal counsel probably are considered more able than certain partners in most law firms and hence other kawfirms poach coubsels
