Link Legal India Law Services partner Siddharth Srivastava will be joining Khaitan & Co in its banking and projects practice in Delhi.
He will be joining the firm in early February.
Srivastava had been with Link Legal since 2015, having joined as a partner from Luthra & Luthra, as it then was, where he was a managing associate.
In 2018 he was made equity partner at Link Legal.
He is a 2006 NLIU Bhopal graduate with a 2009 LLM from Columbia Law School.
Khaitan executive director Amar Sinhji confirmed his joining and commented: “The expansion of our banking & finance practice (that includes IBC) in Delhi, has been a priority for a while.
“Siddharth brings with him a wealth of experience and will also be a great fit in terms of overall culture.”

According to his firm profile, Srivastava specialises in advising:
banks, financial institutions and borrowers on domestic and foreign currency financing transactions including debt syndication, debt restructuring, securitisation matters, non-convertible debenture issues, derivatives and trade finance transactions, and advises lenders and resolution professionals on insolvency matters including RBI references in the first and second list of corporate defaulters for initiation of insolvency proceedings. His team also advises on banking regulatory aspects.
