Delhi HC approves Press Council of India’s mandate to regulate media-reporting of children, under guidelines framed by an ad-hoc committee appointed by the court in February. SC justice Lodha said that “like Caesar’s wife” judges’ conduct must be above all suspicion, adding that Chandel demonstrated a “most shocking and unbecoming conduct” in approaching the MP [PTI]
