“Realty developer Shriram Properties has entered into partnership with Kotak India Affordable Housing Fund-I (KIAHF) for development of next phase of its affordable housing project Shriram Grand 2, as part of Shriram Grand City at Uttarpara in Kolkata,” reported the Economic Times.

Kanga & Co advised Kotak India Affordable Housing Fund led by a team of partner Bhoumick Vaidya and associate Vidhi Maniar.

Also advising was J Sagar Associates partner Malini Raju, principal associate Siddharth Vedua and associate Arjun David Alexander.
