Veritas, Platinum Bgl bag $420m Minacs BPO sale from PE owners with Shearmans, Pillsbury

CX Partners (a PE firm focused on the Indian mid-market) and Capital Square Partners sold for $420m its stake in Minacs to Concentrix Global Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of Synnex Corporation, as reported by the Economic Times as one of the largest in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, and Concentrix’ second largest deal.

Veritas Legal managing partner Abhijit Joshi and senior associate Sayantan Banerjee acted for Synnex.

Platinum Partners Bangalore partner Ankit Majmudar acted for CX Partners.

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP acted for Synnex on international elements of the deal.

Shearman & Sterling Singapore M&A partner Sidharth Bhasin acted for CX on non-Indian legal elements.

The way Abhijeet Joshi is completing the deals which were earlier done by AZB being their clients shows the dire need of Zia to hire Ashwath..!!

LI, you're a bit behind. Ankit Majmudar ceased to be a Bangalore partner several months ago. He now heads the Mumbai office of PP.
