Thanks for your feedback, the first of these should now be implemented and functioning, hope it works as intended and will save your scrolling fingers 👆👆👆
Many thanks for your feedback, that's been done. Please let us know any other thoughts about frontpage layout, etc, we'll be working on it over the coming days and weeks a bit.
It seems quite a reasonable thing to point out in a discussion about budgets at NLUs, to also mention what the budgets at some private universities might be by comparison...
We had received a report about the comment, so we added the 'facts contested' tag to clarify that it is satire and probably not intended as factual.
It was clearly a comment that was a complete hypothetical and ironic to make a statement, rather than expressing an actual literal wish, though perhaps one in bad taste...
The former has also been marked as trollish, thanks for pointing out. As ever, the importance is the intent and context. Please stay away from ad hominem and instead engage with the arguments.
This does seem very much like a potential / prima facie attempt at trolling, so please treat with caution and don't rise to the bait.
Thanks, now fixed - only embedding of third-party images ending in image file types works, Google Drive uploaded images are not quite normal images so they can't be embedded directly.
Just confirming, in case there was doubt, that this comment was in fact posted by Yusuf Abdul-Kareem, who is LSAC's vice president of emerging markets and business intelligence.
According to our sources there might be something afoot but if so it would be very early days and is currently completely speculative, as the original comment also makes clear.
Thank you for your report, the original comment has been moderated now as trollish and is therefore less highlighted on the site.
