Apparently, one of friends at TTA said that he misses old office badly as he can’t spread t*****y at TTA
Another clown with no self respect desperate to run to another country only to be treated as a janitor
If you cannot even afford a Patek or RM, do not bother. We shall look down upon you.
Is Khaitan freezing? I've talked to many people across top 5 NLUs and KCO hasn't given any PPOs other than Capital Markets. Last year they gave offers on Day Z instead of PPOs in NLS and a few others. Is this the trend now? What is the status on PPOs from KCO across NLUs?
Hard to make out whether you are a Wignat white, an Indian immigrant, a sepoy or a person who wants to bring Indians with immigration fetish back into their sense
Senior Advocate Mahesh Chamundi Rajshekharan pays 90k/month to freshers. Andhra HC.
Bombay law chambers is the obvious answer here, associates are allowed to go home after lunch + 2 days wfh. The associates are overworked quite a bit though.
data privacy in Kolkata? I can't think of anyone other than Supratim there. Mind sharing the office's location?
🤣🤣🤣 by the does written opinion look like this ( question on a serious note and who writes these high level vocabulary?)
Do it. No one cares- because most of the people won’t have a clue about the brand. Really. Infact people may otherwise appreciate it as well. It’s fine.
There is another one who has a similarly big if not bigger cabin and she is not rainmaker. It's all about who the shroffs like and who they do not. If they like you then you fly. If they don't then you fall to the ground and get stomped on.
In these lala firms you can only grow so much as the lala wants you to grow. The minute you become a threat for the lala or his ego, your wings are clipped and you're flipped out.
Could you shed some details about who this is? As in what NLU etc? Might be useful to reach out to them to see what they did right then
Do they send out rejection mails soon? and what if its a senior partner refferal from the same team
As an ex HNLU who works at a T1, close your eyes, take HNLU, stay far away from people who have no ambitions, be consistent, connect with alumni and you will do just right
this, after being finalists at vis east global rounds - as an alumni, the current crop of extremely bright mooters needs to be motivated and celebrated
They treat their fee earners dishonestly. Their track record speaks for itself. Do your research before joining. Avoid. If you must join this place, watch your back.
A lot of people here are brainwashed to such extent that they think any country outside India is literally heaven. They have never experienced the hate mlecchas carry within them
Getting into data privacy is the hardest. You have to join a Big4 or an IT Company like TCS or Wipro or some tier 1 law firm with data privacy practice.
My guess is a small margin lesser than delhi seniors? And the topmost counsels may be on par with delhi seniors? I'm only guessing though
Fantastic hot chocolate vs. Good chai (but you need to remind them thrice over for one cup of tea)
Hello, I am willing to become member of SCBA associate. So could someone explain what is this pre membership Interview about, like scope of questions and other stuff.

Bhaii chhod de chindi compaany hai jyda se jyda 2.5 lpa de degi
I used to wear a Patek perpetual calendar as an intern some years ago. Nobody even noticed, much less said anything. You're overthinking this.
TMPL Consultants are the best Legal Recruiters. They are very prompt and responsive. They have placed hundreds of candidates from Secretary to Partner role successfully Pan India in Tier 1 Firms.
Hi, Does it feel incomplete application of your degree and grit gained over 5 years going crazy learning about laws to then not be concerned with them?
Regulatory don't even look beyond CS qualified professionals. NISM LLM is the only way one get into the sector.
Any reviews from current / ex interns , associates etc...Quality of work , do they get enough deals etc...
to the juniors, if u r even thinking of joining the college, DONT. Suspended students, with an year back, who didn't even submit the assignments are marked higher and the sheer audacity to have that list circulated. You assignments aren't even opened.
No financial transparency whatsoever. All of them are eating the funds. Univ signed an MoU with azim Premji allocation 3crores for 3 years to support litigating students 2025-2028. No clarity on where that money is going.
If these guys think students won't ever have the courage to stand up. Well, we have a history of overthrowing the VC. You are far two smaller entities in front of that position
White collar jobs are already saturated in these countries. And even blue collar jobs are saturated by Punjabis in Canada .

There are butcher apprenticeship in Germany. You can try that
Less than 12 lpa, plus you will be management trainee for about an year before converting.
Really not sure why you would have this opinion. It kills me to work even after going home
Mufg shortlisted some candidates but afaik no one has been selected as of now.
The student's father has given a detailed interview to the Telegraph where he said that he believed that this was an accident.
Mat ja bhai / behan. Please don't go. Ask around in the market how much attrition they've had in the last few years and you'll know the reason. There are much better EIR teams out there.
Great question. Looking forward to read the responses. Need more of this in the platform.
Just more and more people leaving. Seems their entire disputes team left.
Its a good thing that hnlu have one song sung by big celeb. No other nlu has song by any big singer
I mean brands like entry level Tudor or Longines/ Rado/ Hamilton/ Oris. Will it be considered too flashy?
Did not appreciate the behaviour of the associates and the HR towards interns. Also, it is a disputes/insurance claims firm so you will not get corporate work.
I had a pretty bad experience with the firm. After travelling in grueling Delhi heat from PG to firm, if you put your head down on the desk for a few minutes, the HR will immediately call you out and tell you not to do so. Found that part very inhumane.
Our part of the floor will be a lot quieter now. What will we do for entertainment?
This posts reeks of desperation. Not the fact that you want to immigrate to a certain country but how you have worded it "want to get out of India".

Chalo koi baat nahi, getting called pjet IRL by some deranged wignat will clear your cloudy senses.
This happened with one person in my team after I promoted him to partner. He kept cribbing that there were no associates in the team. So I demoted him back to PA and thereby, he became the associate in the team.
they are required to pick a minimum of 3 basis the exam. However, some of these are filled up by old interns who managed to clear the exam as well.
What shit. He only made it rain for himself. Never supported any other practice. Thats not how rainmakers work.
In CAM case, the leadership is itself blinded by false narratives and representations of a select few sycophants.
You certainly have a pretty high estimation of your firm's reputation. For such a thing to happen in any team of any firm would, I should think, have taken it from "T1" or even "T1-ish" to well below "T350-ish".
Hello LI Family,

I completed the 1st test and now, am moving towards the second assessment. Can you tell me what practice areas should I choose ? And how to proceed with the assessment?
Have heard that other than a certain A/SA/PA making everybody's life a nightmare, the team is decent.
Which jobs?

Regulatory sector only ask for your LLB degree. Masters is only listed as preferred everywhere. I mean it might give you an advantage in your interview if you did your LLM from a reputed university but it's not a big enough factor.
I have heard great things about this team. They work on good private credit deals. Seniors in the team are generally nice.
Is this range similar in other T1 firms like AZB, KCO and JSA? What is the pqe for a senior partner typically?
Disputes team ka written opinion lag raha hai jispe Jiah Mody billing khayegi
Mid levels are pretty great and hardworking - not the kind who would dump work on the juniors. EP has his issues where he sometimes unnecessarily goes into a spiral but good team overall to work with. Plus is the camaraderie in the team.
I appreciate the advice, but I'm not really interested in teaching. Thank you for the advice, though! I'm not completely ruling it out, but it's certainly not my first preference.
Hey mods, can you please bump this post? I need some genuine advice on how to get a job in data protection, and not sarcastic replies like the first two. I'm really struggling with unemployment right now.
That is so true! And working under him is a different kind of hell, run away before you become part of the dance show
Some truth in this. The merit list seats in NLUs has shrunk dramatically, so non-EWS general students are forced to look at Jindal and Symbi.
Heard Anchal is leaving and so are some others from Delhi
Nobody wants head shaking "no no no no" saying Indians, nobody! Add to that you don't have any STEM qualification
Interesting times we live in! 8 down-votes, and not one robust response.
EP doesn't mean rainmaker. There are rainmakers who are not EPs and then there are EPs who couldn't get a matter even if they tried.
For any foreign jurisdiction, you will have to take the relevant bar exam and than face the job market there. Be ready for struggle.
Whats this constant battle between BBA and AAWI, primarily the OS and AS side can anyone explain it to me also which is better to be a member of?
This is similar to the suicide of the first year in NLSIU in 2023 diving in front of the metro, most of it is not the college's issue but just substance abuse, and that must stop.
Anoma Legal - Mumbai - PE/VC? Work culture and learning for an intern? Need insights
What is this CAM Campus Connect that is to be held on 29 April?
