1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Anyway, teaching at some foreign university is not a "star-like thing." It's called brain drain. It shows these people have no sense of devotion towards their own country. Also, not everyone wants to become a coolie at some lala firm. A lot of us are men enough to practice and serve society in the process. Something you would never be able to do, law firm coolie.
My current cv basically only has a one month internship under a civil litigator.
I'm a SAM A0, and the HR recently reached out to asking for our batch ranks after we got the job.
After this post, it's all the more likely. It's a very valid ask
To have the balls to do shit and then proudly make a post boasting on it.
a. JGLS
b. BITS Bombay
c. BML Munjal
d. Shiv Nadar Chennai
e. Any other private univ you think paying good sum.
Thank You!
I'm looking forward to giving the clerkship exam in 2025. Could someone guide me about how long study takes, prep material, benefits and options in case you don't clear the paper? Really need guidance as I am from a t2 nlu and no senior/batchmate is planning on this...
1. Sidhu paaji saying - "Chah gaye guru" but replacing "A" in Chah with "U" and the last "H" with "D".
2. "Kalaiyo ka galat istemal" but "Kalaiyo" is replaced with "Dimaag"
3. "yeh wohi baat hui ki agar meri chachi ki munchhey hoti toh main use chacha kehta" - This line is for you, stating that you have a PPO regardless and think you earned it on merit. Yeah, marks are not part of your merit.
4. "Mushkil toh nahin keh sakte hain, tough zaroor hoga India ke liye" - After posting this, you would have thought ki iska answer mushkil nahi hai, par after it get posted, tumne khud ke liye ab tough kar diya hai.
(2) by looking at the universities and filtering the universities with which Cams HR does not have regular contact
(3) reaching out to the univ for finding out the rank
We really need to be talking about this because it's the number one expense for people working in Mumbai.

As to your question generally, yes there are some Indian researchers working on jurisprudence, albeit very few. And yes, many of them are on twitter since nowadays that's the dominant platform for academics (although I sense many are migrating to bluesky).
Who is she/ how are the Partners under her vertical and how is the team culture, pay etc??
Their interviews are very technical unlike other firms so prepare accordingly and do not slack off or take this lightly. All the best.
Same as title
Law college is perhaps the easiest college to establish.
Can Sem IX students sit for this even if exam results are pending in December? Which law college in India has their results out in Nov/Dec?
KCO does not get back late, maximum 2 months for a PPO interview and even earlier for a callback. 2 people from the 2026 batch of NALSAR received PPOs in that timeline. KCO/ firms in general do not respond with a rejection, so take the hint.
Batches which came after COVID most probably don't even know that it existed.

In the larger scheme of things, there are notorious teams with questionable people (as there exists in every firm) but remember to take each day one at a time to survive the marathon.
See you'll soon at One World Centre, Cheers and Happy Diwali!
Being able to form your own views and sustaining them in the face of popular opposition is how you grow in life, business, law practice
You cannot have the same belief as everyone else and achieve excellent or even above average results
2. Basics of Contract, Arbitration, Consti and CPC.
This should mostly be enough.
Once the year is over you will realise that some of this was you being hyper focused on politics and others being hyper focused on politics. I have many friends across the political spectrum and did so while I was in college even when my batch largely split along political lines. The way to do it was to not talk politics and instead talk to people. If you want good friends- be a good friend. And avoid people who are making politics their entire identity, too.
Thank you.

Could you please recommend any advocate or law firm that I can intern being in my 2nd or 3rd year?
Does anyone know any good advocate or law firms one can intern being in their 2nd year or 3rd year?
Obvious question to ask is whether this could happen in the case of law colleges as well??? Will the Galgotia Law Schools of the world shut down and their professors work as delivery boys?? Or is law immune from economic turmoil and there are jobs for everyone???
