In paper III one more question is wrong Q 47---Under section 6 of hindu Minority and Gaurdianship Act 1956 the natural guardian of a minor child is
(a)Mother
(b)Father
(c)Both Mother and Father
(d)Either Mother or Father
Acc. to UGC correct answer is (b) but it is wrong answer the correct answer is (c) both Mother and Father. S.C. told in Geeta HariHaran Vs State Bank of India that mother will also be a natural guardian.

in que no 47 the guardian will be father only as per the ACT in all circumstances but in extreme cases the judiciary has given that even in presence of father mother can be guardian

i m not satisfied with net result as no. of questions are wrong for which benefits should be given by ugc & is it reasonable to change the criteria. are the students not suffering by the wrong decision of ugc ????? why ugc has not made clear qualifying criteria when students have applied for exam
