Justice Katju in Court

Posted by Legal Poet on in Uncategorized

All in court: Hahahahaha.

Whir. Whir. Whir. (Thats the fan).

Dismissed (Justice Katju).

Why don’t you go for mediation? I have my friend Mr. Niranjan Bhatt. Kaafi achchi mediation karte hain woh! I helped him set up the Mediation Cell. Ahmedabad mein hai woh (Its in Ahmedabad)! Why don’t you go there?

You haven’t read Mahabharata? Padhtae to aap ho nahin. (You lawyers don’t read nowadays).

Dismissed.

Whir. Whir. Whir.

Hahahahaha.

Dismissed.

My Lord (A brave lawyer)…Dismissed.

Lawyers return back. Crestfallen. Tummyfallen.

I wonder if the lady behind the blindfold wears a quizzical look.

Some of you find it boring because you guys haven't seen Katju in action. This is exactly why he is so unintentionally funny!
Oh btw LegalPoet, the Mahabharata one was good. :)

But Katju's TRADEMARK monologue has got to be "Tum gyaani hoon kya?" for every time a lawyer tries to say something and it interrupts him, he passes out this comment! :D
