International Policy Analysis Network (IPAN), Asia’s first youth-led public policy think tank has initiated an Annual Working Paper Series in association with School of Agriculture Law and Economics (SALE), from the year 2012. Research Theme for the 2016 edition of the series is “Cross Country Legislation for taming Black money: Learnings for India”.
Students, academicians and Ph.D scholars are invited to submit papers to this Working Paper Series Project. Papers should address some specific social, political, economic or cultural aspect of this policy.

Foreign contributors are also encouraged to submit their contributions as their perspective and solutions on this policy. The objective of this project is to stimulate and promote inter-disciplinary, multi-jurisdictional and comparative public policy analysis.
This series for 2016 will culminate with an international sem inar or a book release by August, 2016. Contributions selected by a peer review panel will be notified about their prospective presentation/publication by August 30, 2016.
Deadline for the submission is July 31, 2016.
