I'm a student at one of the best national law universities in India (Hint: it's located in Rajasthan), and I've constantly heard my seniors, many of whom have been placed, as well as, read about how tough corp law can be, as a career. Mainly because of the working hours, with one saying that you're supposed to report at 8 a.m., staying till 3 a.m. wouldn't be all that uncommon and you'll still have to report at 8, the next morning, and as a result of this, people burn out and 'bow out of the rat race', and move to other less strenuous work profiles.
This makes me wonder how long does the average Joe last in the world of corp law and after what time does all the money seem not worth it, to these people who leave, if they do?
