Dear Sir/Madam,

my father sold an agricultural land of 4 Acres to a person before 3 years according to that time market value and the registration process of the land was done last year.

before registration the person who purchased the land has paid around 40% of the money and payment for rest of the money he told us that after 45 days of registration and completion of land survey he will give us.Till date he is not paying us the rest of the payment. Now he is telling that land which he has purchased is less than 4 acres so he wont be giving the payment.In phani paper it is showing that 4 acres of land has been registered to that person.

So please suggest what can we do.we do not have any proof for the remaining payment.
