dear sir/madam

my question is that my friend’s grandfather has purchased a plot before independence and any reason he could not make the registry of the land documents in Delhi after sometimes the grandfather has been expired & that plot purchased by the grandfather from other person who has been expired too & also related plot papers have been misplaced. In this situation, how will the concerned person make registry of plot, plz advice.
