Dear Sir

I am a dealer of tiles and supplied few boxes of tiles to a firm situated in lucknow

against which i have got a cheque from the party but the cheque was bounced again and again due to signature mismatch and when i discuss for recovery the party has committed me verbally to repay the amount within 1 and half month but now the validity is expired and party is refusing to pay the amount after using the material.What can i do its almost 5 months gone after bouncing.
