Kindly advice on the legal aspects.

CASE: A man who has 5 daughters and 2 sons has ancestral property (agricultural land). All children adults and married. The man is selling the ancestral property and not distributing the sale proceeds. HE is keeping all proceeds from govt acquiring also.

Also property is being bought in the name of sons.

Daughters have been kept out of loop totally.

Can law help to prevent this open gender discrimination.
