Dear Team,

I have an unpaid loan in Dubai Islamic Bank.

As I received a good offer from a company in Abu Dhabi, I resigned and informed the bank also.

But unluckily the offered company didn’t send the visa because they lost the new contract.

So now I am in India Kerala.

The agency people threatening me that they will file case against me in India and will recover all my property here,

The existing loan amount is around 80000dhs(eighty thousand). 12 lakh Indian money. I was paying regularly when I was in UAE and all my settlement money near 14000 Dhs had been hold by the bank.

I had an insurance with the same loan.

I used this amount half there and half here in India for closing my housing loan.

If I couldn’t pay this amount from India , is there any revenue recovery is possible through the agency …please help me by giving answer for my issues..

Still I have another loans in India and I don’t have property in my name for the outstanding amount ..
