Hello sir

We seven siblings have a property legally registered to our late father. Our parents passed away, without leaving any will. One of our sisters passed away. She has a son and a daughter, both married and alive. Her husband is also alive. We started negotiation for partition. One of the brothers wanted 50% of the property and do not want to sell his share.

Could you please tell me what is the legal right for each sibling? Can one of the sibling has any right to a bigger portion of the property?

If one of the siblings does not want to sell the property, is there a way the remaining siblings can sell the property?
