Dear Sir/ Madam

We are NRI’s and my deceased father has a plot in Bangalore that he had bought through a engineering consultant in 2003. Before his demise in 2013 he contacted the same consultant in order to sell the plot and signed a agreement sale letter and received an advance payment in may and balance payment to be received in September 2013. However my father passed away in June end. Now since two years when we call him he keeps delaying things. We gave him the death certificate copy, my parents marriage certificate, ration card and surviving members certificate but he keeps providing vague excuses. How can we get the balance amount to be paid to my mother
