Sale of property received by a daughter from her father through family partition need to be sold

My wife is in possession of a property partitioned for her by his father, at the time of “family partition” with her brothers and sister.
We have 2 sons who are above 18 years and employed. She desire to sell a small portion of the above property for certain financial needs. Can she sell it to an outsider by registering a sale deed herself (being fathers property) OR she need to take her 2 sons also to sign the Sale Deed? If it is mother’s property, they need to sign. But the above case is Fathers’ property, hence this doubt.
Please help me with a clarification ? We have copy of the Father’s Registered agreement
in hand, and we have been paying taxes and holding Khatha also.
