3 of the 4 brothers agree to a realise deed to one of the brothers. The 4th brother refuses to sign on the release deed

We are 4 brothers. We are all joint owners of the property on an equal basis - on the basis of absence of will. One brother wishes to buy the property of our father and all brothers agreed. After completion of all legal & monetary formalities, one brother refuses to sign on the release deed where it is to be registered. One of the brothers is in need of the money and wishes that the money comes to him at the earliest.

What is the legal recourse. Please inform

Hi

the best way is to sort the matter amongst brothers without approaching the court.

However if negotiations do not succeed, you can file a partition suit in the court.
