As per law, a woman’s property is her absolute property and she has full rights on it. She also has the right to alienate the property by will/gift/sale at her own discretion. However the will/gift/sale should be on her own will, without any person taking undue advantage of your mother in law. In case of any query, you can call me on my mobile 9704772200 or write to me at (rajgopal[at-the-rate-of]legalwin[dot]in)
