parental property issue

Hi,
My mother owns a property but 3 years back for some reason the property was transferred to one of my brother and now he is denying to return back the property.
Please advise how we can get back the property in her name.
We are 3 brothers and two of them including my self leave separately.

A property held by a woman is her absolute property . she has full rights to dispose off the property in manner deemed appropriate by her.
However if your brother had come in to ownership of the property by exercising undue influence or coercion, you may challenge the transfer in a court .
