This is about our ancestral property in which it had happened so that majority portion of the property has been taken away by my uncle and he claims that my father has signed the consent for it. Now my father has expired and he never told us anything about this before. He always said the property belongs to all in equal proportions. Now the ancestral property is in the name of my uncle. What can I do to get the equality right in the said property?? How can v claim our share?? Plz guide.
