I was travelling in my car to nearby town. the car was driven by a hired driver. On the way, the driver had a glimpse of sleep and he dashed my car on to a car which was parked by the side of the road. It was purely the mistake of my hired driver. Immediately I called the call driver firm and reported the matter.

I have insurance for my vehicle. the car which got hit has damaged extensively. Who has to pay for that. How do i sue the call driver and his firm. how do i make them pay compensation for the losses (for my car as well as the hit car). Pls reply at the earliest.
