we have some property in our family by partition

now we have again divided and now the partition took place

in plain paper all agreed to distribute property as written in that paper with signature of all member of family

but after some time few members refused to sign on final partition deed without assigning any reason

i want my share as per property divided earlier in family

can i sell that property (only my share) to any body

can property change the title by court on basis of privious partition by court

if yes what to do to transfer my share in my name

if no what to do if family memberor members do not agree to sign

guide me i am very anxious since i donot want any dispute will continue after me to my sucessor
