I would like to know if anyone can light me on remedies available to a citizen if any public servant refuses to do some work or delays it such as, you go to bank for pass book entries and clerk refuses to enter so many entries. Even superior manager does not listen to you.? I could not find any specific provision for the same in ipc and PCA 1988. Both acts only talks about gratification and criminal act but what about when for personal grudge or laziness or other stuff they don’t work ?!!
