Dear Sir,

I have been issued three cheques amounting INR 52000.00 each towards maturity amount against a fix deposit by Alchemist. My policy maturity date was in Nov 2014 however the company said they are unable to pay due to financial issues and requested we wait till May 2015 and issued post dated cheques dated 20th May 2015.

Now when I deposited the cheques in my bank all the cheques got returned unpaid. I have suffered a lot due this first by delaying the payment by over six months secondly the cheques issued were also did not get cleared. I want to opt for a criminal case against the company and recover my dues with penalty charges, harassment and forgery cases.

Please advice best options for me.
