How to get a training contract in a magic circle law firm??

legallybinding 20 May 2010, 19:14

I have finished my second year of B.A. LL.B. (five-year integrated course). I would like to know the process of getting a training contract at a Magic Circle Law firm in the U.K. Is doing L.P.C. (Legal Practitioners Course) necessary or one can directly start as a trainee solicitor.

Also, is there a requirement of doing GDLS (Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies) from the U.K.?

maybe u can ask genie to do the needful!

btw, LPC is not necessary, i v seen my friends starting as trainees. However, if LPC is done, u do stand a better chance in getting selected. Dnt think GDLS would help u much in this regard.
