Property dispute

plshelp 21 May 2015, 17:36

Hello,

We had bought a land in 1992 and got it registered in same year. In the registration deed both (Mother and Daughter) had signed it. Since male counterpart was dead.

After few years to earn some extra money, the daughter who had signed in the registration deed, appointed a new person whom she has given the power of attorney. Now the daughter claims 50 percent of land to be her own name though the person.

We need your help how to proceed further on it?

Regards,

Sushant
