Thank you very much for your advice.As of now we have Dalil (original registration document) with us but we have not received the patta so far. For this purpose the civil case is going on and it is pending with in commissioner court.

we are looking for some judgement passed by High court or supreme court related to such cases and produce to the revenue commissioner.
