Respect lawers

Sir i was arrested on 2007 for section under 498a & i got bail.

But similarly after 8 years later again police comes my home & take me to P.S. saying that there is a serious case on me 498a 34. It was regitered on 2011.

So now i just wants to know about can be it possible police can arrest me again.
