Sir I have completed my 10+2 in traditional way but i completed my grad in distance learning method and now i am perusing LL.B three year so pl guide whether I will be able to practice in court of law as an advocate or I will be not allowed coz legal education rule in sec 6 BCI has elaborated that those student are not eligible who has completed 10+2 or degree or PG directly through distance mode without having any basic qualification for such education

I personally wish you don’t qualify with that level of English.
I mean, seriously, improvise.
From what I can understand from your post, there is nothing stopping you - ‘distance mode without having any basic qualification for such education’. Seriously, even I am a B.A.LL.B. student and have far better communication skills than you do. Do you seriously think you would be making a living with that English?

Stop degrading a person just because he can’t write english as well as you can. That is not the requirement for studying law either. He still has a long way to go and will certainly improve.
Stop taking out your frustration here and act like a gentleman(if you’re a man).
He asked a query, answer him or leave, just dont be a d!ck and mortify him.
I agree with your conclusion, even though your premise seems implausible.
