Hi my dad bought a piece of land from my uncle some 10 years ago. we have sale deed and power of attorney but registry is still not made. Now my uncle died 2 days ago. I want to know what options do we have to make that land on our name. we have genuine paper wrk to show we have purchased it in no.1 money
