I want a legal advice regarding property.my father is managing a shop from 30 years means all bussiness is done by him but at the time of purchase of shop 30 yrs ago,the shop is purchased in the name of my uncle and property deed is in his name , as there is love and affection between the brothers that time but now the situation is not same, he is creating issues on adding name of my father in the property..what is the remedy to get the shop registered in my father name.?
