I would like legal help on the following matter -

I have been dealing with a event management company is UAE and based on promises made by them I have invested heavily in India. Since one of the owners was a close friend I proceeded with the expense without a valid contract. However, to be safe i recorded all the telephone conversations we had. Now that company is refusing to carry out a MOU and also is baking our of the project and denying any verbal contract; wherein i have transcripts proving otherwise.

I know i wont be able to sue them for money or damages, but most definitely want bring to them to the notice of proper authorities in the UAE and flag them as a fraud event management company.
