I have bought a vehicle from excise department in open auction. In the advertisement they announced that vehicle is a Octavia car and hence I bid for the car.After I paid the bid amount of around 3Lacs, I came to know that vehicle is not Octavia but hyundai accent and hence I didn’t took the possession of the vehicle.

I have bought the vehicle on as is where is basis.

What can be done please advice.
