hi. my friends father is a very bad towards her. and he is not willing to share his property to her. he is challenging that the property is earned by my own so i can sell/transfer to anyone according to his wish. as she is unmarried he dint even spent any money on her. he thrown her and her mother on roads and they are staying in their maternal uncles house. Though the money which is used to purchase the property belongs to her mother but they dont have any proofs regarding so. can u please suggest me what can she do. Does she have any right towards her dad’s owned property.
