My grandfather has 2 sons and 2 daughters and my father is favoring the younger son.

GrandFather got properties from Elder Grandfather, in 2006 my father was removed from bussines and told he will not give any properties to my father, my grandfather always do like this from childhood,

right now we are living at one of our house which is on my grandfather’s name, my grandfather and his younger son doing bussiness at this house but not living in this house, we are 5 ppl living here - me and my wife we just married, my brother, my parents, 4 floors in this house(8 rooms are in this house), we live in only 2 rooms.

In this case if my grandfather has to divide the property what are the options. Can he decide to give more to his younger son. If so can this be questioned in the court.

If we want partition in this house for our safty can we do that?

couse my grandfather gives permmisions to third person to enter in house while even my grandfather or my uncle not doing any bussiness(means at holidays they gives keys of our house to other person to enters while my mother and wifes are alone)

Please give me any suggetion for save my mother and wife

and

My father is the elder son and can he demand my grandfather to divide the property equally to both the brothers.

Does my grandfather has the right not to divide the property amongst the 2 brothers
