I am the owner of commercial building in Bangalore and the said building was purchased in the year 2005 and it was Rented out to three Tenants by the Previous land lord Mr.Murthy and I had filed eviction case against them before the Hon`ble City Civil Judge, Bangalore. The Hon’ble City Civil Judge as passed an order to the three cases to evict the property in stipulated time and handover the possession to the Present Land Lord.

Now Mr.Murthy the Previous Land Lord after a decade forcing me to give back the Commercial property which stands in my name.

Mr.Ram Second Younger brother of Mr.Murthy who swears that he is very close to many leading politicians in Bangalore and thus enjoys clout with both the politicians as well with the police department has been continuously and repeatedly causing severe threats telephonically and in person.

Mr.Gopi Third younger brother of Mr.Murthy calls from his mobile to my Mobile said to be at the instance / instructions of Mr.Murthy coercing me with dire consequences including murder.

So now this three persons started coming regularly to my house, with notorious goonda elements in numbers of 8 to 10 persons and in a highly inebriated conditions, held the family members / inmates to threat and confined them forcefully demanding me to sign on some Blank Stamp Papers.

And today Mr.Murthy as both someone saying that he is Police from Girinagar Police Station, Bangalore. Please advise/help me what to do, Which is best section to have.
