Sir , my died passed away 2 months ago and he distributed all his property of 3600 sq.ft in his three sons equally . He has made me share holder of his property but my brothers living in native are saying to donate them as i m working as a manager in gud firm . I want to ask that thus mom has any right to say me to donate the property to my brother but i dont want to . What can i do to get my property legally n have a partition in my property .pls help
