Hi,

Coming directly at the time of partition(batwara) of partimonial property my grandfather distributed property as himself, grandmother, uncle and father equally i.e. 25% each. Now my grandmother gifted his part to her daughter (my bhua) without even informing any member of family. All are alive. We all family members are against her this decision. Can there be anyb claim regarding this? Please help we all are very much upset.
