My Grandfather owned a house in a Chawl at Mumbai, it is in Pagadi system. This property has passed to my father as succession. He has let out that room on Rent & I am staying with my father in a Flat. I am the only child.

There were some disputes between Me & my father so It was decided that I would be staying alone in this Chawl room. Now my father is planning to sell this room, Plz advise me how can I legally stop him from selling this Chawl room, Can I bring stay on selling this room?

This room in chawl is not earned by my father its an ancestral property which has passed on to him (my father)

Pls help me with your valuable advise.
