I offered my services to a company as a Consultant by name Prakruthi in Chennai.This person used to conduct Seminars and conferences every year for a renowned University in U.S.A.for the first year, I was paid promptly. But in the second year, I was asked to offer my services for 4 hrs. a day and 5 days a week and was promised at the rate of Rs.600 for every 4 hrs of work each day. But the working hours got extended to more than 6 hrs. a day and he started behaving in a quixotic way.Eventually after 26 days, he shouted at me in front of my subordinates forcing me to leave the place to maintain decency and decorum of the Organisation.

He refuses to pay me the dues of Rs. 14,400/- and I have been continuously following up with him and every time he used to borrow time. Three days back he promised me to take the dues by cash and asked me to meet him in a vantage point. Though I reached the point in time, he did not turn up and did not pick up the phone either. Please advise how to collect the dues from him.

I have sent messages to him stating that I would approach Human rights commission and Authorities in Income Tax Department( I know how much he has evaded tax from the foreign money transfer for conducting conferences every year). But still no response from him.

Please advise further course of action.
